The Challenge
Raine Square is a 21 level commercial-retail tower in the Perth CBD. Centre management required a reliable and secure grand master key system for its retail, basement and building services areas. When the 44,000 square metre commercial-retail tower Raine Square was completed, the owners needed a strong, reputable master key system to secure access to a multitude of building services. More than 3,500 office workers commute to Raine Square each day, and the 13,000 square metres of retail space, including Coles and a large food court, sees thousands of shoppers.
The Solution
Raine Square chose EVVA mechanical master key system, implementing a complex, tiered grand master key system site-wide across Raine Square’s tower, basement levels and the retail area. As well as a grand master key to open every lock, they implemented a services master key, and individual masters for mechanical and electrical services, for plumbing, communications, fire services and lifts. Reliability and security have proved excellent for centre management.
